Anemones and Floatplanes

Hi everyone!

It's been a long time since I've talked to you. I miss all of you! Today it was rainy and Mrs. Bever FINALLY started to write my book. She's telling you the story of my trip back to where my ancestors used to live - British Columbia. Can you find that on the map? It's a province of Canada. Then find Vancouver Island. We're on the ocean side of Vancouver Island right now. It's really cool. But I've had to interrupt Mrs. Bever several times so she can get the story right.
Yesterday we went out on the beach at low tide. There are really cool sea creatures we can see like sea anemones. We also went to an aquarium where I got to touch a sea star and a sea anemone. It was STICKY! We also saw an octopus. And....this is REALLY exciting......we saw a real live jellyfish floating in the harbor. I hope Mrs. Bever shows you some pictures of it.
The other day we ate lunch outside and we got to watch the floatplanes. They are NOISY. Tomorrow Mrs. Bever hopes the weather is good and she gets to go on a wildlife viewing cruise. I'm hoping she will take me along. Maybe the next day she'll go kayaking. I have to make sure she writes some more on my book though. Talk to you guys later.
P.S. While you are VERY HOT there, we are about 55 degrees right now in the middle of the afternoon. Mrs. Bever has not even worn her shorts yet! Have fun!

I got to see Bella's car and the Cullen's house! (For all you Twilight fans!)

I'm here!

Mrs. Bever took me to Beaver Island - it was awesome! More about that later! But I'm here....where there is LOTS of wood for me to eat and the waves crashing in from the Pacific Ocean. Yesterday we went to the rainforest. I could hardly control my appetite; but the trees look so strange with all that moss hanging from them. I even got to see two elk. They're sort of like deer. Hope you're having fun!

Going to Beaver Island

Wow! I'm so excited! First of all, Mrs. Bever told me she was going to look for a new nose for me! Hurrah! Maybe I can smell again!

We're getting ready to go to Beaver Island, Michigan. I wonder where Michigan is! I think she said I had to ride in the car for about 5 hours and then take a two-hour ferry ride. Wow! That sounds like fun. Then we get to take a tour with some guy named Eric, who promised to take me to see some of my ancestor's homes. I think they're called lodges. I bet they don't have a Wii or a computer in them, though. How could Mrs. Bever send out her messages? Well, maybe we'll see one of these pictures above. They weren't taken on Beaver Island, but she showed them to me. I hope you are reading my bloc. Send me some messages!

School is ALmost Out!

Hi everyone! I'm so excited! I hear that Mrs. Bever is going to write a book about me this summer. Wow - I wonder what stories she will tell. I heard she is going to an island to try and write my book. I'll try to find out more so I can let you in on where we're going to be. Talk to you later.
